Me History

Immigration and Criminal Law Attorney Alejandro Roque ESQ, came to the United States almost thirty years ago, also as an immigrant.


In the United States, in the south of the state of Florida, like many of you, he attended Miami Dade Community College, where

He obtained an AA (Associate in Arts) degree with a major in Psychology obtaining the highest grade in his graduation year. Later, he attended FIU where he earned a BA (Bachelor's Degree) in Psychology.


During all this time he was working full time and attending school.


Then he finally got the chance and so he pursued his dream of becoming a lawyer. For this he attended Michigan State Law School, where he obtained his law degree. While studying in law school, he received the "Book Award" in the legal field of Evidence.


Immigration and Criminal Lawyer Alejandro Roque has been practicing law for over a decade. He has represented many working men and women in South Florida before the Immigration Courts in cases involving the Krome, BTC and Miami detention centers.


Thanks to his hard work and that of his firm, he has been able to reunite many families and put smiles back on their faces.

He has extensive knowledge and practice in the area of immigration and criminal law and is passionate about representing his clients with absolute dedication and professionalism. He specializes in defending clients detained at the Krome Detention Center, Broward Transitional Center (BTC), and Glades County Detention Center. It is licensed in the state of Florida and serves Lee, Collier, Martin, Palm Beach, Broward and Miami Dade counties. In addition, he is completely bilingual. He is fluent in Spanish and this allows attorney Roque to communicate directly with his clients without being hindered by language barriers.
